UGEN CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing UGen Content for your social media management and newsletter. By subscribing to our monthly subscription service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Overview

  • By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee associated with your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled by you or terminated by UGen Content.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription fee will be charged on a recurring basis every month, starting from the day you sign up. The payment method you provide will be automatically charged each billing cycle.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment through Stripe. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is up to date.

  • Failed Payments: If we are unable to process your payment, you will be notified, and we may suspend or terminate your access to the service until the payment issue is resolved.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting gio@ugenagency.co. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the service until that time. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

  • No Refunds: As the service is billed on a monthly basis, no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services once a billing cycle has commenced. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for future months, but no pro-rata refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

4. Service Changes and Pricing Adjustments

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the subscription service, or adjust pricing, with prior notice to subscribers. Any changes in pricing will take effect in the next billing cycle, and you will be given the option to cancel before the changes apply.

5. Account Management

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

  • Subscription Transfers: Subscription accounts are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, assign, or sell your account to another party is prohibited and may result in the termination of your subscription.

6. Termination

  • By UGen Content: We may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. No refunds are to be issued.

  • By Subscriber: You may cancel your subscription at any time, as outlined in Section 3.

7. Liability Limitations

  • UGen Content is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your subscription or use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the subscription shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the last 12 months.

8. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If any significant changes are made, we will provide you with prior notice and an opportunity to review the updated terms. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
